Implemented a production homepage/navigation overhaul: centralized destination metadata, a prominent accessible primary navigation bar, categorized responsive service cards, clear public/invite/admin access labels, account discovery, external-service cues, and live Minecraft/Nextcloud status indicators. Added a 30-second file cache for service probes to reduce homepage latency and backend load while degrading safely if caching is unavailable.
