Implemented a production-wide Frutiger Aero and Windows XP visual refresh across the NetGraph homepage, polls, forum, Minecraft, accounts, and Point Button. The new theme adds XP-style window chrome, bright sky-and-hills scenery, glossy navigation and controls, glass-like content panels, coordinated service/status treatments, responsive layouts, accessible focus states, reduced-transparency support, and a matching dark theme. Navigation, polling behavior, backend logic, user data, and service configuration were left unchanged.
